Mr Middlemas worked for a large international Chartered Accounting firm before joining the Normandy Mining Group where he was a senior group executive for approximately 10 years. He has had corporate and management experience and is currently a director with a number of publicly listed companies in the resources sector.

Mr Roberts has a history in mineral exploration management and mine geology both in Australia and overseas. He also led and was responsible for the discovery of the Henty gold deposit and major extensions to the St Dizier tin deposit, both in Tasmania, as well as resource evaluations of the Kuridala copper gold deposit in North Queensland and the Bongara zinc deposit in Peru.

Mr Behets has over 35 years of experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry in Australia and internationally. He has corporate and management experience and has been Director of a number of ASX listed companies in the resources sector including Mantra Resources Limited, Papillon Resources Limited and Berkeley Energia Limited. He was instrumental in the founding, growth and development of Mantra, an African focused uranium company, through to its acquisition by ARMZ for approximately A$1 billion in 2011. Prior to Mantra, he held various senior management positions during a long career with WMC Resources Limited. He has a combination of technical, commercial and managerial skills and experience in exploration, mineral resource and ore reserve estimation, feasibility studies and operations across a range of commodities, including uranium, gold and base metals.

Mr Inwood has over 30 years of international experience in the exploration and mining industry, particularly in base metals, gold and speciality metals. He has had management, consulting, and venture capital experience, and was previously Managing Director of Berkut Minerals Limited, Executive Geologist with Verona Capital, Principal Resource Geologist with Coffey Mining, and spent nine years with Barrick Gold. He led the geological team that established the world class endowment of the Panda Hill Niobium Project in Tanzania.

Mr Kejriwal has over 30 years of experience in finance and commerce, and is currently a consultant to Juniper Capital, a natural resource investment and advisory business. Prior to Juniper Capital he was a banker leading many investment transactions across oil and gas, mining, real estate and asset management sectors. He has previously worked for the Principal Investments business at Nomura in London and Hong Kong, Cazenove and Co and Morgan Stanley.
