Austin Engineering Ltd. engages in the design and manufacture of customized dump truck bodies, buckets, and ancillary products used in the mining industry. It operates through the following geographical segments: Asia-Pacific, North America, and South America. The Asia-Pacific segment comprises of mining equipment, other products, repair and maintenance services and corporate activities located in Australia and Indonesia. The North America segment involves in the mining mining equipment and other products located in the United States of America. The South America segment includes Chile, Peru and Colombia for mining equipment and other products. The company was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in Kewdale, Australia.
