About Aeris Resources Ltd
Aeris Resources Ltd (ASX: AIS) is a mid-tier base and precious metals explorer and producer. Its copper-dominant portfolio comprises four operating assets, including its cornerstone 100%-owned Tritton copper operations near Cobar in central New South Wales. It also owns the Cracow gold operation in central Queensland; the underground copper, zinc, and silver Jaguar operation in Western Australia; and its North Queensland copper operations that include the Mt Colin copper mine. The latter two sites were acquired in 2022 when Aeris took over Round Tree Minerals.
The company also has a pipeline of development projects. Its North Queensland operations also include the Barbara development site and a prospective, 1,100 square kilometre tenement package in the Mt Isa/Cloncurry region. It is also well-advanced on the long-life Stockman Project, a copper and zinc development project located in the East Gippsland region of Victoria. Stockman was also acquired from Round Tree Resources. As well, Aeris holds joint venture interests in two other exploration projects in New South Wales and South Australia.
