Australian Finance Group Ltd (ASX: AFG) is a financial company focused on mortgage aggregation and management of home and commercial loans. It also distributes its own branded home loans under its White Label products.
Through its broker services, technology platforms, and financial products, AFG supports more than 3,700 brokers nationally and manages around $50 billion in residential finance through its network annually. It accesses a panel of around 70 lenders with a suite of more than 7,000 individual finance products.

Mr Medcraft is the Chair of the Risk and Compliance Committee. The first part of Mr Medcraft's career was spent with accounting firm KPMG before spending 26 years with Societe Generale in Australia, Asia, Europe and the Americas, and then as CEO of the industry group, the Australian Securitisation Forum. At Societe Generale, Mr Medcraft initially worked on corporate finance, then capital markets, structured finance, project finance and funds management before becoming Deputy Global Head of Financial Engineering, and then Managing Director and Global Head of Securitisation. When based in New York, Mr Medcraft co-founded the industry group, the American Securitization Forum, and was Chairman for a number of years. From 2009, Mr Medcraft served as Commissioner for 2 years and then 7 years as Chairman of ASIC, the corporate and market regulator. In 2017, Mr Medcraft moved to Paris as Director of the OECD's Directorate of Financial and Enterprise Affairs. Mr Medcraft also serves as a director of the Digital Finance Co-operative Research Centre, Thinktank Group Pty Ltd and is Co-Chair of London based industry group Global Digital Finance Ltd. He is a Senior Board Advisor to Washington based Infraclear Inc.
