About Amplitude Energy Ltd

Cooper Energy Ltd (ASX: COE) is an energy company supplying gas and oil to the domestic market. It is involved in the discovery and commercialisation of gas from the Otway and Gippsland Basins in Victoria and its sale in southeast Australia. It is also a joint venture partner in onshore oil production in the Cooper Basin in South Australia.

The company has a number of major gas supply contracts with customers including AGL Energy, Alinta Energy, EnergyAustralia, VISY, and Origin Energy. Its gas segment accounts for the vast majority of the company's revenue.

Mr Tudor is a senior advisor to Oliver Wymans global energy and resources practice. Mr Tudor has experience, both domestically and internationally, across a forty year career in the gas and oil industry, including most recently as Managing Director of Jemena and Chairman of Zinfra. He was previously Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Horizon Power. During his time with Jemena, Mr Tudor oversaw electricity and gas networks which serviced three million customers. Mr Gray has a public policy and political background and energy and resources industry experience. Since 2020 Mr Gray served as Australias Ambassador to Ireland.
