    About Aussie Broadband Ltd

    Aussie Broadband Ltd (ASX: ABB) is a telecommunications company providing connection to Australia's National Broadband Network (NBN). 

    The company provides NBN subscription plans and bundles to homes, businesses, and managed service providers. It is among the top five NBN providers in Australia. The residential segment is Aussie Broadband's main revenue driver.

    As well as broadband services, the company also provides VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), mobile plans, and entertainment bundles through a partnership with Fetch TV.

    Mr Omeros was appointed to the Aussie Broadband Board in March 2022, following the acquisition of Over the Wire, where he was the Managing Director. He worked in senior management roles at GBST and Zurich Insurance (UK) before returning to Brisbane. Between 2007 and 2011, He joined with business partners Brent Paddon and Jay Binks to create a range of high growth businesses in the telecommunications, cloud, and IT industries with a particular focus on providing corporate clients with access to an integrated suite of products and services. In 2015, he led the consolidation and ASX listing of a number of businesses under the Over the Wire umbrella.     Mr Britt was appointed as a Non Executive Director on 1 March 2025, following his retirement from the role of Group Managing Director. He is an experienced executive with over 25 years in the telecommunications industry. He co founded Wideband Networks in 2003 and became Managing Director when it merged with Westvic Broadband in 2008 under the name Aussie Broadband. He has served on the Board of Aussie Broadband since the merger. He has held voluntary leadership roles at state and national levels, was awarded the ACOMMS Communications Ambassador in 2020 and is an inductee into the telco industry Edison Awards Hall of Fame.
