Mr Barclay is a former telecommunications infrastructure CEO and has more than 40 years experience in professional services, investment banking, broadcast and telecommunications infrastructure businesses. Within the telecommunications sector his previous roles include CEO of BAI Communications for 11 years; Chairman of Transit Wireless LLC, the exclusive operator of cellular and wifi network infrastructure in the NYC Underground; Chairman of Nextgen Networks and Metronode Data Centres in Australia; CEO and NED of Axicom Group Limited (independent mobile tower owner and operator); and Chairman of Uniti Group Limited (ASX: UWL), owner and operator of Fibre-to-the-Premise infrastructure. Graeme is currently Chairman of Codan (ASX: CDA) where he has been a director since 2015 and chairman since February 2023.

Mr Omeros was a co-founder and the Managing Director of Over the Wire Holdings Limited prior to its acquisition by the Company. He has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT services sectors and graduated from QUT in 1994. Prior to Over the Wire, Michael held a Senior Management role at GBST, worked for Zurich Insurance in the UK and founded Celentia which was subsequently absorbed by Over the Wire.

Mr Fitzpatrick has operational, financial management and strategic experience from a career that has spanned over 30 years. He has held senior leadership and management positions with Pitcher Partners, where he was one of the firms' founding partners. He holds Non-Executive Directorships with ARB Corporation Limited and holds two not-for-profit Board positions. He is a member of Risk & Compliance, People and Community Committee.

Ms Sue has previously held the roles of Chief Marketing Officer at GraysOnline and Chief Operating Officer at 12WBT, amongst a range of other senior management roles. Sue understands digital business operations, growth strategy, product development, and technology transformation in high-growth businesses. She is also chair of Stride Mental Health

Mr Greene has owned and managed a range of businesses including Retail, Print, Commercial Property Leasing and Broadband Services since 1987. He has sales, marketing, financial and management experience. He was a co-founder and general manager of Westvic Broadband from 2003 before it merged with Wideband Networks in 2008 culminating in his retirement. He is a member of Risk & Compliance, People and Community Committee.

Mr Britt is an executive with 24 years in the telecommunications industry. He co-founded Wideband Networks in 2003 and became Managing Director when it merged with Westvic Broadband in 2008 under the name Aussie Broadband. He has served on the Board of Directors of Aussie Broadband since the merger and is also a Director of Communications Alliance Limited.
