About Jupiter Mines Ltd
Jupiter Mines Ltd (ASX: JMS) is an Australian mining company. Its flagship asset is a 49.9% beneficial interest in Tshipi é Ntle, an independently operated and managed manganese mining company, currently operating the Tshipi Borwa manganese mine in South Africa. The mine has been producing and exporting manganese ore since December 2012. The company claims Tshipi Borwa is one of the largest and lowest-cost manganese exporters globally.

Ms North joined Jupiter as Group Financial Controller in May 2012, overseeing the finances of the Central Yilgarn Iron Projects and Jupiter's developing investment in the Tshipi manganese mine. Ms North has been involved in orchestrating many of Jupiter's corporate activities such as the delisting in 2014, share buy-backs and she was involved in Jupiter's listing on the ASX in April 2018. Ms North is responsible for financial and management reporting, treasury, tax, company secretarial and investor relations. Ms North joined Grant Thornton (now Crowe Horwath) in its business advisory service for a number of years. Ms North relocated to London in 2005 where she undertook financial and management reporting roles before returning to Perth in 2010.

Mr Rogers is also a Director of Tshipi e Ntle Manganese Mining (Proprietary) Limited. Brad joined Jupiter from mining logistics company Bis Industries, where he was Managing Director and CEO since 2015. He previously served as Bis' Chief Financial Officer and Director of Corporate Development. Bis is a production focused mining services company and an industry leader in bulk mining logistics, including through the invention and use of proprietary technology. Prior to Bis, Brad was General Manager Corporate Development at mining, engineering and infrastructure company GRD Limited, where he was responsible for group strategy, corporate finance and investor relations. He also led GRD's Global Renewables operating business in Australia and Asia for three years. Brad worked as a corporate strategy advisor for Mainsheet Corporate and Arthur Andersen.
