About Evolution Mining Ltd
Evolution Mining Ltd (ASX: EVN) is one of Australia's largest listed gold miners. The company engages in exploration, development, and production activities in both Australia and Canada.
Evolution operates five wholly owned mines: Cowal in New South Wales, Mt Rawdon and Ernest Henry in Queensland, Mungari in Western Australia, and Red Lake in Canada.
The Cowal gold mine, 350 kilometres west of Sydney, is the company's largest contributor to revenue and earnings. Evolution also operates a processing plant at Mungari, located near Kalgoorlie, to service its three underground mines and open pit mine at the site.

Mr Klein, previously served as the Executive Chair of Conquest Mining. Prior to that, Mr Klein was President and CEO of Sino Gold, where he managed the development of that company into the largest foreign participant in the Chinese gold industry. Sino Gold was listed on the ASX in 2002 with a market capitalisation of A$100 million and was purchased by Eldorado Gold Corporation in late 2009 for more than A$2 billion. Mr Attew is a mining industry veteran who has dedicated 25 years to the mining sector. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Osisko Gold Royalties. Mr Attew previously served as President and CEO of Liberty Gold Corporation, President and CEO of Gold Standard Ventures Corporation and Chief Financial Officer at Goldcorp Inc. where, in addition to leading the finance and investor relations operations, he was responsible for Goldcorp's corporate development and strategy culminating in the US$32 billion merger with Newmont Mining Corp. Mr Attew also served on the Board of The Food Stash Foundation, a Vancouver-based non-profit whose mission is to create food & nutritional security for local residents. Mr Attew has capital markets experience from his time in investment banking with the BMO Global Metals and Mining Group. There he was at the forefront of structuring and raising growth capital, as well as advising on formative and transformational mergers and acquisitions for corporations that have become industry leaders over the past two decades.

Ms Binns has over 35 years' experience in the global resources and financial services sectors, including more than 10 years in executive leadership roles at BHP and 15 years in financial services with Merrill Lynch Australia and Macquarie Equities. During her career at BHP, Ms Binns's roles included Vice President Minerals Marketing, leadership positions in the metals and coal marketing business and Vice President Market Analysis and Economics.
