Mr Chapman is a chartered accountant with over 30 years of experience in the resources sector, gained in Australia and the United States. Mr Chapman has experience across a range of commodity businesses including gold, nickel, uranium, manganese, bauxite/alumina and oil/gas, and has held managing director and other senior management roles in several public companies. Mr Chapman was a founding shareholder and director of the following ASX listed companies: Reliance Mining, Encounter Resources, Rex Minerals and Silver Lake Resources.

Mr Laufmann , has experience in the resources sector specifically in copper, gold and nickel both corporately and operationally. Richard is currently a founding director and Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Rex Minerals. Before becoming CEO of Rex Minerals, Richard was CEO of Indophil Resources which had ownership in and management of one of the undeveloped copper projects (Tampakan). Prior to Indophil, Richard was CEO of Ballarat Goldfields. Previously, Richard was the General Manager of Gold for Western Mining Corporation. Richard is a past Chairman of the State Council of the Minerals Council of Australia (Victorian division) at the time the State Council merged into the national MCA.

Mr Davis has over 45 years of mining industry experience, including 18 years of experience in mine development and narrow vein mining. Mr Davis's career incorporates more than 21 years in senior management and executive roles, including mine manager, technical services manager, concentrator manager, resident manager and general manager expansion projects with organizations including WMC Resources, Reliance Mining and Consolidated Minerals. Mr Davis was the founding managing director of ASX listed Silver Lake Resources until his resignation on 22 November 2019.

Mr Solly has 25 years of mining industry experience, covering numerous orebody types in both underground and surface environments, and has a proven ability in leading mine geology, resource development and near mine exploration teams. With 11 years of experience in senior management roles including Registered Manager, Chief Geologist and Group Geology Manager with organizations including Saracen Gold Mines, Silver Lake Resources and Norilsk Nickel. Of relevance, Mr Solly was Chief Geologist and later Resident Manager at Mount Monger, which is similar in many ways to the Company's current operations and involved managing a workforce of approximately 200.

Mr Bosio is a company director with resources and gold sector experience including having served on the board of De Grey Mining Ltd as well as Spectrum Metals Ltd which was ultimately acquired by Ramelius Resources Ltd. In addition, Davide is currently a non-executive director at Yojee Ltd. Most recently, Davide served as the WA State Manager and Director of Corporate Finance at investment and wealth management firm Shaw and Partners (Shaw) having overseen the sale of the historic WA broking firm, DJ Carmichael Pty Limited to Shaw in 2019. For over 23 years, Davide has been in the WA finance industry offering corporate services and strategic advice to private and public organisations, in relation to capital management and M&A. Davide (and associates) has been a strong supporter and shareholder in Black Cat having worked alongside the Company as lead manager to the listing in 2018.
