    About Vulcan Energy Resources Ltd

    Vulcan Energy Resources Ltd (ASX: VUL) is focussed on providing lithium with a zero-carbon footprint to European electric vehicle manufacturers.

    Its Zero Carbon Lithium Project will involve producing lithium through renewable geothermal energy, without the use of evaporation ponds, mining or fossil fuels. To this end, it has a site in the Upper Rhine Valley in Germany, where it will produce battery-grade lithium hydroxide from geothermal brines.

Prior to joining Vulcan Group, Mr Moreno worked in the lithium chemicals and battery cathode sector in Europe, as Senior Director for Northvolts Cathode Active Material (CAM) business unit, and as Founding Executive & Vice President of Engineering and Development for Aurora Lithium. Mr Moreno has been part of, and led, green start-up companies, taking them from pilot scale into commercial production.
