Mr Brown has over 25 years of experience as a director and executive with background in finance and management in public companies. He is also member of Risk Committee.

Mr Nguyen over 25 years of experience in petroleum exploration, development and production in Australia and internationally including 15 years at Mosaic Oil NL, transforming Mosaic to a company as Managing Director with growing production revenues, petroleum reserves/resources and profitability. Lan is credited with the discovery and development of many oil and gas fields in the Surat-Bowen Basins through his introduction of various exploration, drilling, and completion technologies to Australia. He is Chair of Risk Committee.

Mr Giles was the tenth Chief Minister of the Northern Territory, holding office from 2013 until 2016. During his political career, Mr Giles also held the portfolios of Economic Development, Major Projects, Transport, Infrastructure, Indigenous Affairs and Northern Australia. As the head of multiple government portfolios, Mr Giles initiated several infrastructure projects including the rollout of solar power to Indigenous communities, and the establishment of the interstate gas pipeline between the Northern Territory and eastern Australia.
