Mr House is a senior executive with 30 years of experience within the resources and technology sectors. His areas of experience include management, operations, strategy and governance across a range of markets around the world, including: The USA; Australia; Africa; India; the Middle East and Southeast Asia. He joined IMDEX in November 2017 as Chief Executive REFLEX, one of IMDEX's brands. Prior to joining IMDEX, Mr House worked for SGS for 14 years. SGS is the inspection, verification, testing and certification company. During his time with SGS, Mr House held various roles including Managing Director for the India and South Asia business and regional the Chief Financial Officer role.

Mr Wooles is a Corporate Advisor and Executive. He is Member of the Risk and Compliance Committee. He has held executive and advisory roles in diverse industries including mining, oil and gas, power generation, manufacturing, telecommunications, food and beverages and retail.

Ms Horton has Board experience within industries for public and private companies, together with government and not-for-profit organizations. Ms Horton is currently a Board member for ASX listed companies IDP Education Ltd and the GPT Group. She is Chair of both the GPT Groups and IDPs People and Remuneration Committees and a Member of the GPTs Sustainability & Risk Committee. Prior to these appointments, Ms Horton was Chair of the People, Culture & Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit & Risk Committee for Near map Ltd. In the private and government sectors, she is currently a Non-Executive Director for Campus Living Villages and Acting President and Member for the Takeovers Panel. Ms Hortons most recent executive role was Winthrop Professor and Dean of the University of Western Australia Business School.

Ms Layman Chair of the Risk and Compliance Committee. She is the Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and CPA Australia. She has experience within the mining sector and financial markets with international and cross commodity experience. Previously she was Division Director of Metals & Energy Capital Division at Macquarie Bank Limited.

Ms Arlaud has been Chief Executive Officer and Mining Specialist at IMB, Inc, Frisco in Colorado, USA. Prior to this role she was Regional Director Mining for the US and Western Canada/Mass Mining Lead (Globally).

Mr Airhiavbere is currently the Chief Commercial Officer, Worldwide Energy and Mining, for Microsoft Corporation, where he leads Microsoft's end-to-end commercial strategy in the energy and mining industries. Prior to this role, he spent nine years with GE Oil & Gas in the roles of Senior Manager-Business Development, Business Unit Director, and Director of Commercial Operation.
