It has been an excellent session for the S&P/ASX 200 Index (ASX: XJO). In afternoon trade, the benchmark index is up 1.3% to 7,095.9 points.

Four ASX shares that are rising more than most today are listed below. Here's why they are climbing:

Life360 Inc (ASX: 360)

The Life360 share price is up 7% to $9.00. This follows the release of the location technology company's quarterly update. Life360 reported a 41% increase in annualised monthly revenue to US$259.1 million and its second consecutive quarter of positive operating cash flow. This was underpinned by a 24% lift in monthly active users to 58.4 million and a 17% lift in paying circles to 1.75 million.

Nufarm Ltd (ASX: NUF)

The Nufarm share price is up 9% to $4.85. Investors have been buying the agricultural chemicals company's shares following the release of its half-year results. Nufarm reported a 3% increase in statutory net profit after tax to $111 million.

Pilbara Minerals Ltd (ASX: PLS)

The Pilbara Minerals share price is up 5% to $3.68. Investors have been piling into the lithium industry on Wednesday following a very strong night of trade for battery materials stocks on Wall Street. A lower-than-expected inflation reading has given sentiment on this side of the market a major boost.

Seek Ltd (ASX: SEK)

The Seek share price is up 6% to $23.33. This follows the release of the job listings giant's annual general meeting update. At the event, management reaffirmed its guidance for FY 2024. It continues to expect revenue in the range of $1.18 billion to $1.26 billion and EBITDA in the range of $520 million to $560 million.
