These six ASX 300 real estate investment trusts (REITs) are going ex-dividend next week, so if you're thinking of stocking up on more shares, you've got a deadline pending!

On the ex-dividend date, ASX shares no longer carry the entitlement to the next dividend payment.

Here are the essential dates for the following six REITs.

6 ASX 300 REITs going ex-dividend next week

HomeCo Daily Needs REIT (ASX: HDN)

The HomeCo Daily Needs REIT goes ex-dividend next Thursday, 28 September.

The REIT will pay a distribution of 2.075 cents per share on or about 29 November.

The HomeCo Daily Needs REIT is down 5% in the year to date to $1.20.

Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX: CIP)

The Centuria Industrial REIT goes ex-dividend next Thursday, 28 September.

The REIT will pay a distribution of 4 cents per share on 28 October.

The Centuria Industrial REIT is down 0.6% in the year to date to $3.05.

Centuria Office REIT (ASX: COF)

The Centuria Office REIT goes ex-dividend next Thursday, 28 September.

The trust will pay a distribution of 3 cents per share on 27 October.

The Centuria Office REIT is down 20% in the year to date to $1.22.

Rural Funds Group (ASX: RFF)

The Rural Funds Group REIT goes ex-dividend next Thursday, 28 September.

The REIT will pay a distribution of 29.325 cents per share on 31 October.

The Rural Funds Group is down 22% in the year to date to $1.87.

Arena REIT No 1 (ASX: ARF)

The Arena REIT goes ex-dividend next Thursday, 28 September.

The trust will pay a distribution of 4.35 cents per share on 2 November.

The Rural Funds Group is down 5.6% in the year to date to $3.46.

Arena REIT No 1 is among the top 10 performing real estate trusts over the past three financial years.

Healthco Healthcare and Wellness REIT (ASX: HCW)

The Healthco Healthcare and Wellness REIT goes ex-dividend next Thursday, 28 September.

The REIT will pay a distribution of 2 cents per share on 29 November.

The Healthco Healthcare and Wellness is down 12% in the year to date to $1.49.
