The share price of Cooper Energy Ltd. (ASX: COE) rose 7.2% after the discovery of a new gas field at Annie.
Another of today's biggest gainers belonged to AMP Limited (ASX: AMP), its share price increased by 5.5%.
Management selling shares sent the share price of Pro Medicus Limited (ASX: PME) down by over 12%.
The Fortescue Metals Group Limited (ASX: FMG) share price ended the day up 1% after telling investors about its latest notes issue.
The share price of Fonterra Shareholders' Fund (ASX: FSF) dropped 2% due to delaying its reporting date.
Despite announcing another acquisition and news of its impending entrance into the ASX 300, the Zip Co Ltd (ASX: Z1P) share price fell 0.3%.
Finally, the share price of Westpac Banking Corp (ASX: WBC) rose 0.5% after the bank responded to a lodged class action against it.
