I think there are some great options for investors to choose from at the small end of the market.
Three that have caught my eye in recent weeks are listed below. Here's why I think they are worth adding to your watchlist:
Atomos Ltd (ASX: AMS)
Atomos is a global video technology company that hit the ASX boards at the end of last year. Its technology enhances video content creation by producing monitor-recorder products that connect the imaging and computer worlds together. Management believes that Atomos is well-positioned to benefit from the expected growth in original content spending and the rise in professional-amateur content creators over the next decade. This year it has provided revenue guidance of $42.25 million, which will be an 18.5% increase on last year's result.
Audinate Group Limited (ASX: AD8)
Another small cap to watch is Audinate. It is a digital audio company that is bringing the IT revolution to the audio-visual industry. Its key Dante product distributes audio signals across computer networks and is being used in thousands of installations globally. In FY 2018 the company continued to experience strong demand for Dante, leading to record revenue of $19.7 million, up 30% year on year. Pleasingly, the strong form has continued this year and saw Audinate report record first quarter cash collections of $6.8 million, up 51% on the prior corresponding period.
LiveTiles Ltd (ASX: LVT)
LiveTiles is a digital workplace platform provider which has been growing at an explosive rate over the last couple of years. The good news is that this strong form hasn't stopped in FY 2019. LiveTiles recently advised that it had more than tripled its annualised recurring revenue (ARR) over the last 12 months. The engagement of a specialist sales force helped drive its ARR to $22.9 million at the end of December, up a massive 232% on the same time last year.
