Earlier this month Creso Pharma Ltd (ASX: CPH) announced it had signed an "agreement with Zhejiang Kingdom Creative Co., Ltd (Kingdom Creative), a subsidiary of Hong Kong listed Kingdom Group."
However, the Hong Kong listed Kingdom Group said, "Kingdom Creative is not a subsidiary of the company and does not form part of the group."
Shortly after making the aforementioned announcement, Creso Pharma shares reached an all time high. The company then went in to a trading halt, "pending an announcement in relation to a Placement and Share Purchase Plan." Creso Pharma shares are currently suspended from trade.
