The Bubs Australia Ltd (ASX: BUB) share price is up almost 6% to 84 cents after its shares emerged from their trading halt. Bubs shares were halted whilst it raised capital to complete the transformative acquisition of NuLac Foods for $25 million.
The Buddy Platform Ltd (ASX: BUD) share price has stormed 10% higher to 28 cents after the Internet of Things company announced that it is finalising negotiations with Telstra Corporation Ltd (ASX: TLS) for it to become the primary sales channel of Buddy Ohm in Australia. Buddy Ohm is the company's energy monitoring and verification solution.
The Costa Group Holdings Ltd (ASX: CGC) share price is up 3% to $6.55 after the horticulture company announced that it has increased its holding in its African Blue joint venture to 90% for $68 million. The acquisition will be earnings per share accretive in the current financial year and is expected to complete by the end of December.
The Vocus Group Ltd (ASX: VOC) share price is up nearly 4% to $2.91 despite there being no news out of the telco company. This latest gain means that Vocus' shares have now gained over 18% since this time last month. It appears as though the market was impressed with the trading update it supplied at its recent annual general meeting.
