The S&P/ASX 200 (Index: ^AXJO) (ASX: XJO) appears set to rebound this morning following yesterday's small decline. International markets edged higher overnight while the local futures market is pointing to a 24-point rise at the opening bell.

The SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited-Ord (ASX: SKC) share price will likely receive some attention today after the company released a note regarding a new US$150 million issue of U.S. private placement notes. The first tranche, totalling US$100 million, will mature in March 2025 while the second tranche, which is equivalent to US$50 million, will mature in March 2028.
A number of businesses will also hold their annual general meetings today, including the likes of NIB Holdings Limited (ASX: NHF), Link Administration Holdings Ltd (ASX: LNK) and Amcor Limited (ASX: AMC).
The best and worst shares from Tuesday could be back in focus again today. That could include the likes of Orocobre Limited (ASX: ORE) and TPG Telecom Ltd (ASX: TPM), which rose 4.8% and 3.1% respectively, and Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd (ASX: BEN), which dropped 4.8%.
Woolworths Limited (ASX: WOW) could also receive more attention following its positive quarterly update yesterday which saw the shares rise 2.3%.
