The S&P/ASX 200 (Index: ^AXJO) (ASX: XJO) appears set to open marginally lower this morning following a mixed session for international equity markets on Friday.

As we begin a new week, some of last week's best and worst performers could remain in the market's spotlight.
Galaxy Resources Limited (ASX: GXY) has found itself high on the market's top-performers list in recent times, and last week was no different. The shares soared 19.6% to end the week at $3.11 per share.
Orocobre Limited (ASX: ORE) soared 15.4% as well, while a2 Milk Company Ltd (Australia) (ASX: A2M) rose nearly 12%.
Technology One Limited (ASX: TNE) and Reliance Worldwide Corporation Aus P Ltd (ASX: RWC), on the other hand, both endured weeks that most shareholders would prefer to forget. Both could receive more attention today.
Elsewhere, the gold price was 0.7% higher which could help boost shares such as Newcrest Mining Limited (ASX: NCM). The iron ore price was up 1.2% as well, while oil prices slipped a little over 2%.
