The Syrah Resources Ltd (ASX: SYR) share price has been amongst the biggest movers on the market today.
In afternoon trade the graphite producer's shares are up 3% to $2.81.
What happened?
As well as getting a boost from the market storming higher, this morning Syrah provided the market with an update on its Balama Project in northern Mozambique.
According to the release, overall construction progress completion was 90% as of 30 June 2017.
The majority of supporting infrastructure for the site is now complete, except for the water pipeline which is well advanced according to management.
The main pipeline corridor has been cleared and trenched, and welding of the pipeline has commenced.
As things stand, management expects production to commence in August. Pleasingly the project capital cost remains unchanged.
