In mid April the Telstra Corporation Ltd (ASX: TLS) share price traded as low as $4.00.
Fast forward 7 weeks, and from that 52-week low, the Telstra share price has jumped 10% higher, now trading around $4.40.
In February this year Telstra shocked the market when it reported a fall in both revenue and profit, and downgraded its forecast for the year ahead.
At $4.40, the Telstra share price trades on a fully franked dividend yield of 7%.
That said, many investors fear Telstra will cut its dividend, something that has driven the Telstra share price down almost 18% over the past 12 months.
