Every year, 40,000 investors from around the world flock to Omaha, Nebraska for "Woodstock for Capitalists", aka the annual meeting of Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:BRK-A) (NYSE:BRK-B).
They make the long, long trip to learn at the feet from history's greatest investor, Warren Buffett. The eminently quotable Buffett and his vice-chairman, the also-genius Charlie Munger, answer rapid-fire questions for 6 hours from leading journalists, analysts, and shareholders.
It's an amazing experience — that's why my Foolish colleagues Scott Phillips, Andrew Page, and Matt Joass made the pilgrimage this year — but it's a private affair. It's a shareholder meeting, and video and photography are not allowed. That's where we come in. We've got several Berkshire-fluent Fools in this press box this year, each hammering away in the following live chat.
