Global property and infrastructure group Lend Lease (ASX: LLC) trades ex-dividend today.
On August 23rd, the company reported a 9% increase in operating profits and a final distribution of 20 cents per security, unfranked, bringing the full year distribution to 42 cents per security, an 11% increase on the prior year.
The fully franked final distribution of 20 cents will be paid on 27 September 2013 to Lend Lease shareholders on the register at the close of business on 11 September 2013.
Lend Lease shares have fallen 12 cents today to $9.77 (20 cents being the ex-dividend), and trade on a trailing dividend yield of 4.3%.
