In an article dated 29th August 2013, The Motley Fool made an incorrect statement about NextDC (ASX: NXT) founder Bevan Slattery's reasons for a recent sale of stock.

The Motley Fool and author Tim McArthur unreservedly apologise for this reporting error, as well as for the distress this has caused Mr Slattery and his family.
