Boral Limited (ASX: BLD) announced today that its current CFO of U.S. operations, Rosaline Ng, has been appointed to overall CFO of the global corporation. Come 15 September, Andrew Poulter will hand over the reins to Ms. Ng for "personal reasons," according to the release.
Ms. Ng has worked in various financial roles in Boral for the past 16 years, and has served in her most recent role since 2009. "Rosaline brings valuable global industry experience to the role and is a seasoned Boral executive with proven corporate finance and financial management skills," said CEO and Managing Director Mike Kane in a statement today. "Having worked closely with Rosaline for almost four years, I am confident that she has the right skills, knowledge and focus to lead the Group's finance function, and to form effective relationships with the investment community and partnerships with the CEO and divisional leaders."
Mr. Poulter will begin his transition with Ms. Ng from the start of September, and will continue to be available to assist through February 2014.
